The first step in our process includes Identification and Qualification. In this phase we are establishing the needs and goals of your company and property. This ensures that moving forward that we can both grow a partnership.
The next step is Education. We want to be clear on expectations so we can deliver at all times a customer focused solution.
We then move to Concept Verification which allows us to present solutions and ideas based on the clarity of understanding our partners goals.
Once we incorporate any concept changes we then move to Proposal and ultimately an Agreement.
In our process, the next steps are what sets us apart as a landscape partner.
We perform a formal Kick-Off meeting that will include the Sales Professional, Account/Project Manager and client. This is a critical step in our vision of a partnership. This meeting allows us to introduce additional team members that will be involved in growing our partnership but also restating expectations.
The last phase includes Proactive Evaluations. We pride ourselves on having unparalleled customer satisfaction and implementing C.A.R.E (Customer, Assurance, Review and evaluation) calls. This includes Quarterly, in some cases more, site visits to ensure we are meeting expectations and continually understanding goals.
